Hey, I'm Matt.

I'm a nationally-accredited Registered Dietitian and online fitness coach from Kentucky. In my 7+ years doing this, I've helped hundreds of incredible people reach their goals. So I created Frictionless Fat Loss to cover the "big rocks" of how to get results, and keep them forever.

In short: I am a Instagram "influencer" health professional who understands the ins-and-outs of effective weight loss. (I also smile way too big for photos.)
